Football Preview: Woodbridge Vikings vs. North Stafford Wolverines        
        
		
             The Woodbridge Vikings will venture away from home to  challenge the North Stafford Wolverines  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Woodbridge is coming into the  game hot, having won their last six games.
 Last Friday, Woodbridge strolled past Gar-Field with  points to spare, taking the game  22-7.
  Marquece Sharpe was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 175 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. He has become a key player for Woodbridge: the team is undefeated when he posts  at  least  two  rushing touchdowns, but 2-3 otherwise.
 Meanwhile, North Stafford hadn't done well against Colonial Forge recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday. North Stafford walked away with  a   27-17  win over Colonial Forge. The  victory was nothing new for the Wolverines as they're now sitting on three straight.
 Woodbridge pushed their record up to 7-3 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.0 points per game. As for North Stafford, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.
 Woodbridge won a  matchup that couldn't have been any closer  when the teams last played  back in September of 2022, slipping by North Stafford 7-6. The rematch might be a little tougher for Woodbridge since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
