Softball Recap: Amador's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Amador had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the El Dorado Cougars by a score of 8-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-2 back in April.

Faith DelReal was incredible, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Sophia Dooley was another key player, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double.

Amador's record is now 14-7-1. As for El Dorado, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-14-1.

Amador didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Argonaut on the 7th. As for El Dorado, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-0 loss against Union Mine on the 7th.
