Glenbard South and Ridgewood are an even 4-4 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Raiders will take on the Rebels at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

Glenbard South managed to slip by Marmion the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Raiders lost 9-3 to the Cadets on Saturday.

Glenbard South saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Goldman, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Ridgewood's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They and Elgin finished up their contest with a 5-5 tie.

Glenbard South has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season. Ridgewood's draw makes their record 10-7-1 this season.

Everything went Glenbard South's way against Ridgewood when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Glenbard South made off with a 13-6 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
