The matchup between White Knoll and Dorman on Saturday hardly resembled the 1-1 effort from their previous meeting. White Knoll narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Dorman 11-9. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Timberwolves have posted since April 25, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Jaden Ekovich, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Melinda Veller, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
