Basketball Recap: Soap Lake Takes a Loss

Soap Lake lost against Pateros back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Soap Lake Eagles came up short against the Pateros Billygoats/Nannies, falling 52-28. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 267th, while the Billygoats/Nannies are ranked 113th).

Soap Lake's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Pateros, their win was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-5.

As of now, neither Soap Lake nor Pateros have any future games scheduled.
