Volleyball Recap: Bluffton's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

It was a good run, but Bluffton unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans, falling 3-0. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Titans when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kendall Stackhouse paced Bluffton's offense, picking up ten kills. Stackhouse were helped by Adelyn Althaus and Camryn Fruchey, who contributed 13 assists each. Gracie Warren and Taylin Goldman kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Bluffton's loss dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Ottawa-Glandorf, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Bluffton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ottawa-Glandorf, they have already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Eastwood on the 23rd.
