Football Recap: Dillon Gray Key Part of Team Effort in Cougars Win + How To Watch

Mt. Blue's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They never let the Brunswick Dragons get on the board and left with a 20-0 win. The Cougars not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 6, 2024 (when they won 33-6).

Mt. Blue's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dillon Gray, who rushed for 84 yards and one score, and also picked up 31 receiving yards. Those 84 rushing yards gave Gray a new career-high. Reed Cousineau was in the mix as well, providing Mt. Blue with two TDs.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mt. Blue was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 244 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Mt. Blue's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Brunswick, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
