Football Recap: Harrold Hornets vs. Throckmorton Greyhounds
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodson, Harrold was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They managed a 39-33 victory over the Throckmorton Greyhounds. For the Hornets, this counts as revenge for the 1-0 loss the Greyhounds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2018.
Despite the loss, Throckmorton still got an impressive performance from Tilon Harden, who rushed for 202 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 44 receiving yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave him a new career- in total yards.
The win got Harrold back to even at 1-1. As for Throckmorton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
