After losing to White Plains the last time they met, Glencoe decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Yellowjackets walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Wildcats on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellowjackets.

Glencoe walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-13, 25-19, 23-25, 25-23.

Mia Talbot paced Glencoe's offense, picking up 28 kills. Talbot got some help from Kinlee Montgomery and her 21 assists. Riley Helms controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Glencoe's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for White Plains, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-4.

Glencoe wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Ider on the 2nd. As for White Plains, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Guntersville on the 30th.
