Mount View won the last time they faced Meadow Bridge and things went their way on Monday too. The Mount View Golden Knights came out on top in a nail-biter against the Meadow Bridge Wildcats, sneaking past 48-45.

Meadow Bridge lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Riley Roberts, who went 6 of 10 en route to 12 points. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Kierston Rozell, who posted 12 points and three steals.

Mount View's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Meadow Bridge, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount View won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Woodrow Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mount View is facing Woodrow Wilson at the right time seeing as Woodrow Wilson is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Meadow Bridge, they will venture away from home to square off against Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
