Soccer Recap: Holy Cross Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Holy Cross was the 3-1 winner over Oxford when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 1-0 on Monday. That's two games in a row now that Holy Cross have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Holy Cross and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Oxford, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Holy Cross is set to challenge their familiar foe St. Paul Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Oxford will take on rival Ansonia at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
