Greenville beats North Mac for their ninth straight win

Recap: Greenville Comets vs. North Mac Panthers
The Greenville Comets put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They breezed by North Mac on the road to the tune of 48-20. The result was nothing new for Greenville, who have now won seven games by 20 points or more so far this season.
North Mac's loss came despite strong showings from Dane Vance and James Graves. Vance rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown, while Graves rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown. Nick Lancaster also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.
Greenville's win was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 9-0. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-9 Gillespie and 1-8 North Mac (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 35.6% over those games). As for North Mac, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
Greenville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North Mac is also done with their season.
