Volleyball Recap: Liberty's Undefeated Season over After 18 Games

Liberty's tournament run continued when they took on Liberty Hill on Saturday. The Patriots fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. The match marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Liberty Hill found their leader in sophomore Summer Snyder, who had 11 digs and one assist.

Having lost for the first time this season, Liberty fell to 17-1. As for Liberty Hill, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-5.

Liberty and Liberty Hill should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. The Patriots will square off against Shallowater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (8 vs. 52). Meanwhile, Liberty Hill (ranked 37th) will meet Pflugerville (ranked 698th) at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
