Softball Recap: Cape Cod RVT Takes a Loss

Cape Cod RVT couldn't beat Old Colony RVT on Wednesday even though they stacked nine runs on them in the fourth inning. The Crusaders lost 30-11 to the Cougars. If the Crusaders were looking for revenge after losing 24-3 to the Cougars when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cape Cod RVT now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Old Colony RVT, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Cape Cod RVT is set to square off against their familiar foe Bristol County Agricultural at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Old Colony RVT will take on rival South Shore Vo-Tech at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
