Volleyball Recap: Seattle Prep Victorious + How To Watch

Seattle Prep won the last time they faced Seattle Academy and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Panthers blew past the Cardinals 3-0.

Seattle Prep never let Seattle Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-19, 25-23.

Despite the loss, Seattle Academy had strong showings from Maxine Truong, who had 13 digs, and Cate Arntz, who had 12 digs and one block.

Seattle Prep's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Seattle Academy, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Seattle Prep will square off against rival Bishop Blanchet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Seattle Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Eastside Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
