Soccer Recap: Piedmont Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Piedmont and North Iredell squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Piedmont had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 1-0. Piedmont have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Piedmont's loss dropped their record down to 4-15-4. As for North Iredell, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-7-3.

Piedmont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Iredell, they are taking a road trip to take on Watauga at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Iredell's defense better be ready for this one: Watauga have averaged an impressive 3.1 goals per game this season.
