Kee is hoping to do what Chatfield couldn't last Saturday: put an end to North Fayette Valley's winning streak, which now stands at seven games. North Fayette Valley put the hurt on Chatfield with a sharp 62-38 victory. Given North Fayette Valley's advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 44th in Iowa, while Chatfield is ranked 237th in Minnesota), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Kee came tearing into last Friday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 47.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Warriors 68-39.

North Fayette Valley pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Kee, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
