Baseball Recap: Westerville North Takes a Loss

Westerville North made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Big Walnut, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Warriors fell just short of the Golden Eagles by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Golden Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Westerville North's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Big Walnut, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

While Westerville North had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
