Football Game Recap: Saranac Lake vs. Peru

Everything came up roses for Peru against Saranac Lake on Saturday as the squad secured a 39-0 win. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (33) and coasted on those for the victory.

The win bumped Peru's record up to 4-3. Saranac Lake are on a four-game losing streak that has brought their record down to 1-6.

Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Next week Peru take on Plattsburgh at 7:00 PM. Plattsburgh took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse Peru's good fortune. As for Saranac Lake, they will face off against TBA.
