Volleyball Recap: Mason County Central Comes Up Short

Mason County Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the North Muskegon Norsemen. The Spartans were not able to make up for their loss to the Norsemen from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15, 25-15.

Mason County Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-3. As for North Muskegon, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mason County Central will challenge rival Ludington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Muskegon is set to square off against their familiar foe Shelby at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
