Softball Recap: Massac County's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Massac County won the last time they faced Pope County and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Patriots blew past the Pirates 13-1. That looming 13-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Patriots yet this season.

Harley Durham was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Madelyn Wedeking was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.

Massac County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
