Recap: Valley Christian Eagles vs. Wibaux Longhorns
On Saturday, The Valley Christian Eagles faced the Wibaux Longhorns in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Valley Christian was dealt a 58-31 loss at the hands of Wibaux. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
Daniel Stoltsfus and Brayden Mccoy certainly did their best on Saturday to try and avoid the loss. Stoltsfus rushed for 80 yards, while Mccoy rushed for 44 yards and two touchdowns.
Valley Christian's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Wibaux, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.
Valley Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Wibaux is on the road again on Saturday and play against Belt. Belt is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
