Evergreen Valley won the last time they faced Christopher and things went their way on Wednesday too. Evergreen Valley won by a set and slipped past Christopher 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Evergreen Valley.

Evergreen Valley took Christopher into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-21, 25-20, 17-25, 15-12.

Defeat or not, Christopher got some senior leadership from Jenny Lee and Juliet Tassio. Lee had seven digs and three aces, while Tassio had 17 digs. Lee has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last six times she's played. Kiely Jantz also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Evergreen Valley's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Christopher, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9.
