Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Weston). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Harding Presidents a 21-0 shutout on Saturday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Trojans considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

The win got Weston back to even at 3-3. As for Harding, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Weston will take on New Fairfield at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Harding, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bullard-Havens at 3:30 p.m. on the 30th.
