Soccer Game Preview: Clackamas vs. Nelson + How To Watch

The Clackamas Cavaliers will venture away from home to take on Nelson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Clackamas' last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Clackamas will head out to face Nelson after giving up their first home loss of the season on Wednesday. The Cavaliers fell just short of Barlow by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Clackamas have lost by just one goal.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Nelson made sure to put some goals up on the board against Reynolds on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Raiders an 8-0 shutout. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Nelson's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon soccer rankings (they are ranked 29th, while Reynolds is ranked 152nd).

Nelson's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-2. As for Clackamas, their loss dropped their record down to 7-2-2.

Clackamas came up short against Nelson in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Cavaliers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
