Basketball Game Preview: Paulding Panthers vs. Wayne Trace Raiders

Paulding is on a three-game streak of home losses, Wayne Trace a four-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Friday. The Paulding Panthers will host the Wayne Trace Raiders at 6:00 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Paulding faced off against Miller City on Saturday. Paulding took a 55-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Miller City. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 537th, while the Wildcats are ranked 84th).

Meanwhile, Wayne Trace didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Emmanuel Christian on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 41-36 win.

Wayne Trace's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Paulding, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
