Baseball Recap: Make It Two in a Row for Papillion-Lavista South

Four must be Papillion-LaVista South's lucky number: they beat North Platte with that score not once but twice on Friday. The Titans beat the Bulldogs by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-1 on Friday.

The victory made it two in a row for Papillion-LaVista South and bumps their season record up to 24-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for North Platte, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-18.

As of now, neither Papillion-LaVista South nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
