Excel won the last time they faced Blacksher and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

Ava McPhaul paced Excel's offense, picking up eight kills. McPhaul got some help from Gracee Kelly and her nine assists. Finally, McPhaul was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Excel's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Blacksher, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Excel will welcome Jackson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blacksher, they will host W.S. Neal at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
