Volleyball Recap: Udall Takes a Loss

Udall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Central Raiders. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Raiders when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-17.

Udall's offense was headlined by Lilly Hoffman and Liberty Mason, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Brilee Pellegrini and her 13 assists. Addison Robinson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Udall's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Central, they moved to 11-13-4 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Coming up, Udall will face off against Belle Plaine at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Argonia on the 30th.
