Basketball Recap: Millsap Triumphs

The Millsap Bulldogs didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Tournament Team on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 42-37 victory.

Millsap found their leader in sophomore Kennley Rusinovich, who dropped a double-double with 27 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rusinovich has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kaleigh Wooldridge, who posted a point and 16 steals.

Millsap has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-8 record this season.

Millsap will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Dublin at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th. As for Tournament Team, they will take on Venture Academy on Friday.
