Danville typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Plainfield proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Warriors. The victory was familiar territory for the Quakers, who have now won ten matchups in a row.

Plainfield walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-22, 25-12, 24-26, 25-17.

Taylor Donovan had an outrageously good game as she had 28 digs and six aces. That's the most aces she has posted since September 2nd. Harper Gentry also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Plainfield was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive contests.

Plainfield's record is now 20-4. As for Danville, their loss dropped their record down to 15-7.

Plainfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Franklin Community on the 30th. As for Danville, they will head out on the road to challenge Northview at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th.
