Soccer Recap: Lawrence Upper Takes a Loss

Lawrence Upper lost against Trinity back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions came up short against the Trojans, falling 5-2. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Lawrence Upper were already down 5-1.

Lawrence Upper's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Trinity, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lawrence Upper will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Medina Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Trinity, they will face off against Beachwood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity's defense better be ready for this one: Beachwood have averaged an impressive 3.6 goals per game this season.
