The Mountain View Mountain Lions will face off against the Cienega Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mountain View is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.9 points per game this season.

Mountain View is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Marana just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 51-37 bruising from the Tigers. The game marked the Mountain Lions' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Armando Santacruz, who posted 13 points. Daniel Anumba was another key player, putting up six points and 12 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Cienega was fully in charge on Thursday, breezing past Maricopa 82-53. The Bobcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 27 points or more this season.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Cienega, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
