Basketball Game Preview: Providence Christian Knights vs. Ruskin Christian Warriors

Providence Christian is 2-8 against Ruskin Christian since November of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Warriors at 6:15 p.m.

Providence Christian can't be too happy about their upcoming road contest considering what happened when they opened their season away from home last Friday. They had to suffer through a 59-22 loss at the hands of New Jerusalem Christian Academy. The Knights were down 43-16 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Ruskin Christian earned a 48-38 victory over Land O' Lakes Christian on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Providence Christian took a serious blow against Ruskin Christian when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 70-33. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Knights were down 39-15.
