Basketball Recap: Ganado Takes a Loss

Ganado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 65-44 to the Shiner Comanches. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-28 back in January.

Ganado's loss dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Shiner, they pushed their record up to 19-9 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Ganado didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 73-40 defeat against Flatonia on the 4th. Shiner has also already played their next game, a 51-43 victory against Schulenburg on the 4th.
