Lynden put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Bellingham Bayhawks, posting a 71-8 win. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while the Bayhawks are ranked 245th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lynden's victory was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-0. As for Bellingham, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.
