Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Riverdale Country). Everything went their way against the Poly Prep Country Day Blue Devils on Wednesday as they made off with a 6-2 victory. The score was close at halftime, but Riverdale Country pulled away in the second half with three goals.

The win was the third in a row for Riverdale Country, bringing their record up to 13-1-3. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three contests. As for Poly Prep Country Day, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3-1.
