Monroe has gone a perfect 10-0 against Anson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Redhawks will take on the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. Monroe is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season.

Anson better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Monroe's game on Wednesday is any indication, that's when Monroe really gets things going. The Redhawks were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over West Stanly. The win continues a trend for Monroe in their matchups with West Stanly: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Anson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to Parkwood.

Anson's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Monroe, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6-4.

Everything went Monroe's way against Anson when the teams last played back in September, as Monroe made off with a 13-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redhawks since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
