Centerville has gone 9-1 against Fairmont recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Centerville Elks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Fairmont Firebirds at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Saturday, Centerville was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 40-39 to Covington Catholic. The game marked the Elks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Fairmont was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 49-44 to Elder. The loss continues a trend for the Firebirds in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost four in a row.

Centerville has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for Fairmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.
