Westmoore pushed their score to seven the last time they played Moore, but on Friday they couldn't quite do it again. Westmoore's defense stepped up to hand Moore a 2-0 shutout. Westmoore have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Moore, too.

Westmoore has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six games. This is the second loss in a row for Moore and nudges their season record down to 2-6.

Westmoore and Moore will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Westmoore is set to face off against their familiar foe Broken Arrow at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Moore will square off against rival Putnam City North at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
