Volleyball Recap: South Central Calhoun Takes a Loss

South Central Calhoun was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Audubon Wheelers. The Titans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wheelers earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

South Central Calhoun's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Audubon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

South Central Calhoun will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Northwest Webster at 5:30 p.m. on October 2. As for Audubon, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against IKM/Manning on the 20th.
