Lamoille won the last time they faced Peoples Academy and things went their way on Monday too. The Lamoille Lancers walked away with a 61-48 victory over the Peoples Academy Wolves. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lancers.

Despite the loss, Peoples Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jack Lafayette posted 26 points. That was a full 54.2% of Peoples Academy's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Lamoille's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Peoples Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lamoille will challenge Thetford Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Peoples Academy, they will take on Randolph at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Randolph has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 209 points over their last three contests.
