Shikellamy scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Danville Ironmen an easy 86-61 win. The Braves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Ironmen apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

Danville's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mason Kingery, who went 6 for 11 from beyond the arc on his way to 28 points. Mason Woll was another key player, going 5 of 10 en route to 16 points and four steals.

Shikellamy's defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Danville, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shikellamy will welcome Bloomsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Danville, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Shamokin Area at 7:15 p.m. Danville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 64.2 points per game this season.
