Soccer Recap: Hillcrest Gets the Win

Hillcrest's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They never let the Taylorsville Warriors get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hillcrest.

Capri Perkins and Ella Blackbourn scored both of Hillcrest's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

The victory got Hillcrest back to even at 3-3. As for Taylorsville, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hillcrest is set to challenge their familiar foe West Jordan at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Taylorsville will face off against rival Cyprus at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
