Basketball Game Preview: Mingus Marauders vs. Prescott Badgers

Mingus is 0-10 against Prescott since January of 2020 but things could change on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Mingus Marauders will head out on the road to face off against the Prescott Badgers at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Mingus comes in on three and Prescott on 13.

On Monday, Mingus strolled past Lee Williams with points to spare, taking the game 64-48.

Flagstaff typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Prescott proved too difficult a challenge. They blew past the Eagles 68-44. The Badgers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Prescott pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28.8 points. As for Mingus, their victory bumped their record up to 10-15.

Mingus was taken down by Prescott 87-35 when the teams last played back in January. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Mingus was down 43-13.
