On Wednesday, the Wickliffe Blue Devils beat the Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix 44-31. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

Andrews Osborne Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Belen Fueyo Jiminez and Alejandra Gil. Fueyo Jiminez posted 13 points along with eight boards and five steals, while Gil almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds. That was a full 35.5% of Andrews Osborne Academy's points, marking the sixth time in a row she's had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexandra Royer, who earned two points in addition to six rebounds and three blocks.

Wickliffe now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Andrews Osborne Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-6.
