Laynie Davis put up the most hits she's had since back in February on Friday. She scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. She was up against Whitney and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in March of 2024. Davis has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Davis and West are taking a road trip to face off against Clifton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
