Preview: Park Christian Falcons vs. Ada-Borup Cougars
Park Christian is 1-9 against Ada-Borup since December of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Park Christian Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Ada-Borup Cougars at 7:30 p.m.
Park Christian couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of Avail Academy by a score of 55-53.
Meanwhile, Ada-Borup had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They enjoyed a cozy 66-48 win over Hawley.
Austin McCraven and Charles Scholl were among the main playmakers for Ada-Borup as the former scored 13 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists and the latter scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cadyn Dahl, who scored 13 points along with 3 steals.
Park Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Ada-Borup, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Park Christian might still be hurting after the 78-55 defeat they got from Ada-Borup when the teams last played back in January. Can Park Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
