Roosevelt is a perfect 5-0 against Clark since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rough Riders will venture away from home to challenge the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Roosevelt didn't have quite enough to beat Orr and fell 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Rough Riders have lost by just one run.

Meanwhile, Clark was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 23-20 to Roosevelt. On the bright side, the 20- run performance marked the Eagles' highest-scoring match to date.

This is the second loss in a row for Roosevelt and nudges their season record down to 4-7. Even worse, they were so close both times: the defeats came by an average of only one runs. As for Clark, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Roosevelt beat Clark 23-20 in their previous matchup on Tuesday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rough Riders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
