Basketball Recap: Grant Union Takes a Loss

After flying high against McKenzie on Saturday, Grant Union came back down to earth. The Prospectors were outmatched by the Burns Hilanders and fell 77-49. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Prospectors of the 57-18 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Grant Union's loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Grant Union will take on Four Rivers in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Burns, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 47-45 win against Enterprise on the 12th.
